I am an Indian-American yoga and wellness coach. My philosophy and teachings are based on the 8-limbs of yoga and are deeply rooted in the culture and history. I teach private yoga sessions that are tailored to your lifestyle taking into account all aspects- physical, emotional, social and spiritual. I believe integrating your mind, body and breath is a powerful practice that allows for self-discovery and growth on and off the mat. My mission is to authentically share the wisdom of these ancient practices to support you on your journey back to yourself.
