I’m a Registered Nurse, Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master Teacher with a passion for helping women feel vibrant, balanced, and deeply connected to themselves. At My Wellness Nurse, I blend evidence-based health knowledge with holistic practices to support women through every stage of life—especially during the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
My specialties are private, one-on-one yoga sessions and slow, mindful yoga practices—both designed to meet you exactly where you are. In private sessions, I tailor every posture, breath practice, and relaxation technique to your unique body, goals, and lifestyle. This allows you to move at your own pace, receive individualized attention, and learn modifications that honor your needs—whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, ease stress, or support hormone balance.
With slow, mindful yoga, we focus on gentle, intentional movement combined with breath awareness to calm and regulate the nervous system. This approach activates the body’s relaxation response, helping to reduce anxiety, lower stress hormones, improve sleep quality, and create a deep sense of emotional grounding.
