My ideal Client:

A woman over 40 that would like a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle habits that will lead to improving her looks, skin, hormones, energy and overall health and happiness.

My Approach:

I practice a holistic approach which means I look at all the key factors that contribute to your overall health and well being such as; your food, relationships, physical exercise, mind-set, and your enjoyment in life. I have a 7-step approach in my one-of-a-kind signature program. We will work together to reach your goals. I will personally guide you to make simple changes that will have a big impact and will transform your life. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and beautiful.

 

1.) Clarify how to eat for your age: As you enter your 40’s your nutritional needs can be quite different. You might be busier than ever but not as physically active as maybe when you had more time. You might also be noticing some changes in your shape and metabolism at this age. Wouldn’t it be great to find the ideal foods to slow down the aging process and support your body to look and feel great?


2.) Understand why Hydration is the #1 secret to having glowing and youthful skin. I’ll show you how to get the glow back by making hydration a pleasurable daily ritual you can look forward to. This new habit will keep you feeling energetic throughout the day.


3.) Discover the world of holistic skin care and the many benefits it provides. So many any products on the market today are filled with chemicals and ingredients that actually rob our skin from its natural glow. I will help you develop a simple and consistent routine using toxin free products that will keep your skin looking youthful and ageless for years to come.


4.) Create your own fountain of youth with the right movement and exercise for YOU! You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to get in great shape. I’ll show you ho to find the right exercise for your body and age that will help you feel empowered and in charge of your health.


5.) Develop a healthy, age-reversing mindset. It’s incredibly imperative. Negativity is all around us, but luckily we are in control of how to process what enters our mind. Being stuck in negative patterns can breed illness, make you feel and look older than you are and can affect everything from your hormones to the wrinkles on your skin. With the right mindset, life can become an ever-evolving process of continuously becoming a better version of who you are. This is a very crucial component to actively staying young and beautiful.


6.) Reconnect to a spiritual connection in your life to feed your soul and cultivate an undeniable inner glow.
